How long does the verification process take?
The initial onboarding wizard takes about 5–8 minutes. Document verification by our admin team is typically completed within 24 hours. The trust score is calculated nightly after verification is complete.
What documents are required for verification?
Workers need CKYC-compliant identity verification, a live selfie for face matching, an address proof document (utility bill, bank statement, or rent agreement), and optionally a police clearance declaration. Employers can add custom document requirements.
How is the trust score calculated?
The score combines identity verification (300 pts), employment history (250 pts), training and certifications (200 pts), customer ratings and attendance (150 pts), and incident/risk signals (100 pts). Every factor is visible and explained.
Can a worker's identity be reused across employers?
Yes. The Digital Workforce ID is portable. When a worker switches employers, the new employer can verify the existing profile and add their own supplemental verification if needed — no re-onboarding required.
What happens if there is a dispute about an incident?
Incidents follow a structured workflow: report → investigation → evidence review → resolution. Workers can appeal any decision, and the full case timeline is preserved in the audit log.
